Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of designbyteena.com (the “site”) and any services provided by Design by Teena (“Design by Teena”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Design by Teena offers the following services to small businesses, primarily in India:

• Web design and development
• Brand identity and visual design
• Google Business Profile management
• Local SEO optimization

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed in writing in an individual service agreement or scope-of-work document between Design by Teena and the client.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about your business — including legal name, address, contact details, services, and any content we are asked to publish on your behalf
• Maintain ownership of your Google Business Profile. We operate strictly as a manager via Google's standard consent flow; the profile and the underlying business remain yours at all times
• Respond to our communications in a reasonable timeframe so that we can keep work moving
• Comply with Google's policies (including the Google Business Profile guidelines) and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not ask us to publish false, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise non-compliant content, including fake reviews

We will:

• Manage profiles and produce work in accordance with Google's policies and applicable laws
• Apply reasonable care, skill, and professional judgment to the services we deliver
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and use it only as described in our Privacy Policy
• Communicate transparently if something we are asked to do would conflict with policy, law, or our professional judgment

Pricing, payment schedules, and any retainer or per-project fees are set out in the individual service agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause ongoing work until the outstanding amount is settled.

Final deliverables. On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for your project (for example, website code, logo files, brand assets) transfers to you, except for any third-party assets, fonts, or libraries that remain governed by their own licences.

Working files & process material. We may retain working files, process drafts, and internal templates. We may also reference completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

Site content. All content on designbyteena.com — text, graphics, logo, and code — is owned by Design by Teena and may not be reproduced without permission.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes — search rankings, customer volume, revenue, or platform decisions made by Google. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid to us for the specific service in question during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice (typically 30 days for retainer services, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement). On termination:

• We stop performing the service and remove our access to your Google Business Profile
• You pay for any work delivered up to the termination date
• We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy — including deleting client materials on request, subject to legal retention requirements

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be on this page, with the effective date updated at the top. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
